I’m so confused please help

This is an ovulation test I’m 7 days before my period I already ovulated this month (I got a positive opk and I can feel when I ovulate I get cramps) I know this isn’t a postive test but there is a second line and these test show nothing when I’m not so why is there another line?

Side not I did have sex whilst ovulating but wouldn’t it be to early to even see a line of it was showing hcg? (Ovulated on the 6th of feb)
