Why is it lighter?

I took these tests at 9 weeks and it pulled ink from the control line. I’m 12 weeks and it’s not like that anymore... should I worry? sorry i’m just so scared. we have seen the baby and it’s always moving and heart looks fine. Won’t have another ultrasound until next week. I’m kind of getting anxiety....

The further along you are the less HCG you’ll have.

Your 12 weeks quit testing. It’ll end up showing negative at one point.

It’s called the hook effect. Those tests are only able to pick up on a certain range of hcg in your body. Once it gets to a certain level, it’s too high for them to red, so it appears negative.
