On and off brown bleeding 16 + 5 weeks

Dear mommas, I’m 16+5 today and since 5+6 I have a subchorionic hematoma and constantly bleeding.... it was stopped and solved at 12 weeks but a retroplacenta hematoma has appeared when I was 14+5.... since that I’m having a little dark brown bleeding every other day. I bought a fetal Doppler and I can hear my baby’s heartbeat that makes me less nervous.... has anyone here going through the same situation and got a good prognostic? My docs aren’t concerned about it and they say I don’t need a bed rest, only pelvic rest and not work out..... I’ll have a scan today.... I’m so nervous 😩
