Anyone have heartburn tips???

Hey October Mamas, I’m 6+4 and having pretty bad heartburn at night. Anyone else dealing with this/how are you managing it?

I was on Ranitidine or omeprazole daily for my first three babies. Doctor approved.

I’m trying to avoid foods that cause it. It’s hard though I love my spicy stuff! So that and Tums 🤷🏼‍♀️

It sounds crazy but hot tamale candies work great! And unlike other things don’t have side effects or possible complications :)
