My period is now 10 days late (which is very unusual for me). I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago which came back negative, so it's not that. This morning after I peed I noticed thick white discharge on the toilet paper and I've been really nauseous for over a week now. Could it be a very delayed period on the way or does it sound more like an infection? Bare in mind no itchiness or anything.
