So I know this might be a tmi topic but I use to wash with soap everyday down there....I know not good.

So I have been using this and also vagisil wash for the past few years on and off. Now that I have been trying to conceive since august 2019 I am wondering, am I affecting the environment sperm lives in by over washing?

I say this because some say you should only use water to clean down there but I feel like I wouldn’t be clean!

So what is your routine? Should I not wash everyday in there? When I say in there (again tmi I know) I mean I’ll prop my leg up and wash with a little of this soap and rinse it out spreading everything open....lol idk maybe I’m doing too much and my ph balance is killing the sperm or causing them to die too quickly before they reach my tubes?

Or I’m overthinking and just need to keep trying LOL
