Ovulation Cramping for a Whole Week?!

I started to feel ovulation cramps last Friday morning, sharp and uncomfortable but went away. A couple days later, about Monday a dull cramp returned on the same side and has lingered (still have it today.) It’s like the same level of discomfort as you’d get from running. Has anyone experienced this? Should I go to a doctor? I feel totally fine otherwise.

I should say I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage on 1/24. Not sure if that’s any reason but... adding nonetheless!
