I’m in the exact same boat...my last pregnancy I announced at 8 weeks..then I had to “announce” my miscarriage. Which was horrible. So this time I’m waiting as long as I can. I’m thinking about waiting till I hit viability, so maybe 24 weeks, or till I start really showing. I’m 15 weeks now. Thinking maybe ill just wait till I have a good bump going, know the gender, and know everything is going okay then announce on social. All my close friends and family know but just haven’t completely put it out there yet.

I announced to everyone including family this week at 20 weeks with this photo!

I'm 20 weeks and just had my anatomy scan. We're thinking of buying a couple generic cards and slipping a scan photo inside then posting it to family. When I posted about not announcing to my family yet I got attacked so it's nice to know other people haven't announced either.
