Could I be pregnant

Hey guys so last week I got very sick kind of like the flu and at the Same time i got my “period” I was bleeding enough to fill up a pad but it wasn’t heavy? Could it have been implantation bleeding or period. It was a lot of blood when I wiped when I peed and when I changed it just wasn’t heavy. Like when I stand up I wouldn’t feel like I give birth to a jelly fish lol
