Has anyone had a very very *early* transvaginal ultrasound and actually seen a gestational sac? I’ll be 5 weeks on Monday when I go for my first appointment with OB and was wondering how he’ll be able to detect if pregnancy is intrauterine as he removed my left tube due to ectopic 3 months ago?

I asked my GP and OB 3 months ago to rule out ectopic but they just didn’t have any urgency and it was too late to save my tube. They better find out SOON this time, but how?
