Feeling frustrated..

Trying to get pregnant, almost two years now, fertility results are good but he has 40 million sperm count which I think is low. Also it’s hard to get him to have sex more than 2 or 3 times a week. Can I still get pregnant this way?

We try to bd on peak day and day after because that’s all I can get him to do. He works long night shifts so it’s hard on him. Also he recently started taking a fertility pill to help as suggest by fertility specialist.

Guys really what are my chances? I keep obsessing about the amount of sex we should be having. I feel like if we just bd more often then it would happen. I should mentioned we did have a chemical pregnancy a year ago and that was based on day before o day.

A over thinking things? Need advice.
