My hormones dropped a bit!

I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and found out Monday I I’d a hemorrhage causing bleeding, and that same night I may have miscarries, however I had blood work done yesterday (Wednesday) and it was “just a bit lower” and my dr couldn’t really tell me if I did have a miscarriage. Has this happened to anyone and had a healthy baby? I have an ultra sound tomorrow but I’m not very hopeful...
