Spotting but betas are doubling

I went in for my second beta on CD 31 and my hcg went from 28 to 305 in 4 days. That same afternoon I started spotting.. I called my doctor to get in for a third beta yesterday CD33 which was 797. I have had two miscarriages in the past year and both times started with spotting. My numbers never reached that high or doubled properly with the other two pregnancies. Any similar stories? I’m really concerned.
