Has anybody ever been on Metformin and Topamax?

Question

I was prescribed Topamax for migrianes and weight loss. And 
Metformin for PCOS. any bad side effects? Anybody try? Hope it works good. Always get nervous trying new pills.

I was in topamax for migraines too and it definitely suppresses your appetite but after some research I found out that it's not good to take while TTC. It can cause cleft palettes in early pregnancy usually before you find out that your pregnant.

Metformin made me shit my brains out. Topamax  just make sure you take it first thing in the morning, if I took it late, I would be too jittery at bed time. . Totally my own experience and everyone is different!

Metformin helped my sister ovulate and get pregnant during her IUI cycles. I think some people get an upset stomach while on it. 
I definitely would not take Topimax while TTC though. If it were me, I would try to discuss another option to treat migraines. Some people take it to lose weight or for migraines. I took it for awhile wayyy before TTC. I was fine on it although I think sometimes I felt “spacey” and a couple of my friends that were on it felt the same.
