Called an hour before my induction to make sure they have a bed ready and they don’t 😭😭😭😭😭 (before someone says it, let me just add that obviously I understand that women who are in labor currently take priority so I have no issue comprehending that) however I am soooo bummed. The nurse said she would call me when they have one available, but this sucks just sitting around not knowing what’s going on. Its already 5pm and I’m supposed to have Cervadil overnight and start pitocin at 5am. Because tomorrow is Friday, I’m scared they will push me off until Monday since doctors don’t really do weekend inductions. I have feared this since I got my date but didn’t think it would actually happen 😭
