yes - I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum. =no appetite my entire pregnancy 😩😩😩

Yesss the loss of appetite has his hard this past week. I went from snacking like a fiend and eating a lot of chocolate to nothing sounding good.... except like apples and peanut butter or pretzels 🙄

Yes, but I'll force myself to eat because i know the baby needs it. Or I'll snack on small things throughout the day. 
Protein packed smoothies helped too
