Help me please 😭

About 2 days ago, my nipples started to get sensitive & I have small cramping only on my right side started it was like being stuck with a bunch of tiny needles at once, nothing excruciating, but definitely doesn’t feel good, the times between the needle pokes have spread out. I’m 9DPO, can someone tell me if that means something?
