Keeping your legs up just increases your chance of an infection. Sperm gets to where it needs to be in seconds. There isn’t a need to keep your legs up.

Nope never put my legs up. Sperm knows where to go. If it gives you peace of mind to put them up then put them up, but it doesn't do anything

Legs make no difference, it’s your pelvis that would “need” to be up. But again, that also doesn’t make difference. That’s why EWCM is important or a good lube to help the boys swim up

I read a book from a RE (reproductive endocrinologist), and he said after he does an IUI, he will put something there to keep the sperm near the cervix of the woman (probably similar to a soft cup). Others have said when they had an IUI the doctor made them lay there for 10min elevated afterwards. 🤷🏻‍♀️
