So i have a mirena for the last 2 and a bit years, i was on the pill for a month or so within the last couple of months but ive completely missed my period this month which is so strange for me. Ive had a negative blood test and 2 negative HPT. Yet, im still experiencing nausea, tiredness, little cramping, darkening nipples, lose of appetite, change of sleeping pattern and sharp pains running from my bum on both side leading into my legs. Im so confused and i dont know what to do or say. I feel so pregnant but everything is telling me im not.
