Ok. So I'm engaged to a wonderful man. We moved into the lower half of his mother's house, she stays at the top. We pay rent and utilities but we're also saving up to move into a house.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant, we've been living here since I was 9 weeks.

His mother is a lovely lady she's kind and always in a great mood but lately i feel like she's been way too pushy.

It started off with her just randomly buying me maternity clothes...no biggie right?

She has tried to stop me from eating spicy foods saying my baby will come out with eczema if i do.

I was talking to my fiance about getting a crib and bassinet when she suddenly blurted out "the crib is going in my room!" ..and I'm thinking like no I'm not walking up all those stairs to get to my baby to breastfeed him every night. And i wouldn't even hear him cry from that level

I was doing laundry the other day and i hear her tell my fiance

"I better be in the delivery room!"

When we've already explained it was to be just us two

I'm a vegetarian and she keeps bringing me foods with meat saying the baby Needs it even though he's healthy and measuring days ahead

I feel like the further along i get the pushier she's getting.

Am i overreacting?
