Heavy feeling
So I'm 12 weeks pregnant with my second.
I have a gently active lifestyle. I workout a couple times a week, sometimes more, sometimes I go on a week or two break lol.
I excercised today, and quit after about 15 min, my pelvic region felt heavy, all day, st first it felt like my insides were gonna fall out my butt... I'm concerned I hurt something and my baby is at risk.
I've had no other symptoms, just the heaviness.. its evening now and it is still there but not like it was this morning.
I've been sitting as much as I can today. Only thing I found on google is a prolapse but is that possible when already pregnant? Should I see my dr... I'm scared now 😥
