Very scaredd HELPPPPP!!!!!!!

I recently had a MMC 2 weeks ago so of course the pregnancy test still Positive, and haven’t had a period yet I’m now ovulating, and idk what to do, if I do end up getting pregnant what happens? Have anybody gone through this where you had a positive test after a MMC and got pregnancy again before first cycle and had a successful pregnancy?
