This is probably dumb but can you feel fertilization???

Nope. The sperm meeting the egg happens at a microscopic level. 
There’s no possible way you can feel it and there are no fertilization symptoms.

I’m sure you’ll get some people who swear they knew somehow or felt something but the actual fertilization doesn’t make any motion or do anything that can be felt. The only thing you might feel is the egg releasing or maybe implantation cramps.

I really wish we did as it would take the guess work out of the two week wait but unfortunately we can’t. Fertilisation happens on a microscopic level however some women, a small amount, do get signs of implantation
