Working out while pregnant??
I’m 16 weeks pregnant, 177 lbs. I’d like to lose weight because it’s not all from pregnancy. A lot of it is weight I had on me before pregnancy and I’d like to lose weight and tone up. What kind of exercises are safe for pregnancy and weight loss?
And is it even possible to get into shape while pregnant? I’d love to go ahead and get a routine started before I have the baby.
