Two tabs of baby aspirin ?

Anyone told to take two tablets of baby aspirin which is like 163mg because of weight issues. I am so nervous two will make me loose my baby and unsure if it’s safe

If your OB suggested then i would assume it’s safe for you to take. I don’t foresee them giving you something that would put the health of your baby at risk

Two seems odd but one is very common - I took one and believe it helped prevent preeclampsia (it runs in my family)

Baby aspirin is common. It’s to prevent preeclampsia. It won’t harm anything.

Its not "for" your weight. Its because the weight makes puts you at higher risk of preeclampsia. I'm only on 81mg of aspirin though.

My doctor had me taking one tab during my first pregnancy.  I developed preeclampsia and baby boy was delivered via c section at 37 weeks.  Now 37&3 w a baby girl and my doctor said they updated the guidelines and it was better to take two.  Baby girl is fine and no sign of preeclampsia this pregnancy.  Could be a coincidence or not, but everything is going well!

I take 1 daily and I’m currently 37 weeks. I was told to take it after I suffered two miscarriages. They said it’s important in early pregnancy and all is good with this babe 😁

I had to for both of my pregnancies and they both were born very healthy. Ur doc wouldn’t suggest something that would harm u or ur baby
