Oh my, I wonder what this pregnancy will entail. My first pregnancy, I was nauseous in the evenings around 4 weeks as well, and at exactly 5 weeks started the throwing up. I ended up dealing with hyperemesis gravidarum (hg), luckily once I was given zofran at 12 weeks It helped tremendously. My first resulted in my lovely daughter who is now 3. We would love another little girl! So excited to go through another pregnancy, such a blessing, even if I deal with hg again. 🥰
