Concern ab Pill

Hey all! My boyfriend and I recently had sex without a condom. I’m on the combination pill which I have been taking super consistently (every day, within 3 hours of the same time, only an hour or so later on a few days) for about 3 weeks. I started the pill within 5 days of the start of my period. He pulled out, and says he is 99% sure he did it in time. In retrospect, I probably was not ready for sex without a condom, but obviously I can’t go back. I’m still super concerned about the risk of pregnancy. I’m not looking for medical advice, but if any of you all could share from experience, should I be in the clear?
