Small Concern

Hello ladies. So today I went in for my 11 week scan. The baby is measuring almost 12 week (good growth) and he/she was flipping all around. Good heart rate but the midwife told me I have a small cyst on my ovary measuring less than 1cm. I’ve never had this with any other pregnancy and I’m concerned. Can I lose my baby?!
