Has anyone every used these before and have had good results? My hair is damaged from dying it too much so it is very thin near my scalp and my hair just comes out in chunks. Please give me y’all’s reviews. And I’m open for some other suggestions as well!

I personally find hair vitamins to be a scam. :/ So much of hair thickness/growth/etc is from genetics. And chemically processed and damaged hair will not be fixed from hair gummies. You just need to baby it a lot. Don’t wash it often, use deep conditioners and masks, avoid wet brushing, be gentle. No towel drying or more heat. If your hair used to be a certain way and randomly became different(no chemicals/processing) visit your doctor as it may be from hormone imbalances or other underlying health issues. Otherwise just take your normal vitamins! If you do take any, that is. Eat clean, drink plenty of water, and avoid anymore chemicals. Good luck and save your $!

I haven't, but I take Olly chewable gummies. Tasty and they make my hair silky and grow allot faster. I also stopped buying shelf brand shampoo and conditioner to swap to Function of Beauty. 😊
