Confused

So I know that I’m not supposed to read a test after 10 minutes. I left it out last night by accident and woke up to seeing this. Is this test faulty? I have never heard of seeing 3 lines (one an evaporation line). I have a more expensive test to take in a few days but just confused looking at this.
