We usually have sex everyday. Last few days I’ve been having cramping and thick white discharge thinking my period was coming. We have sex everyday and last night we didn’t have sex. This morning I noticed I have stretchy watery egg white cm. Did i miss it? Or am I about to ovulate ? I’m afraid since we skipped last night I will miss the egg.

You should be fine. It is recommended you have sex every 24-48 hours during your fertile window. Some evidence favors every 48 hours as sperm numbers are at their optimal number at that time. Good luck!
