According to Glow my cycle is 4 days late, another app says 5 when I Cleaned my self I see no blood so I decided to check my CM yesterday it was a little bit of blood so I was assuming by today my AF would’ve come down it still the small amount of blood like yesterday i can’t even see it when I wipe myself🤷🏾‍♀️ I don’t have cramping at all and I have adenomyosis so the cramps are bad every month can someone help me figure this out
