How do I get thicc after recovering from the stomach flu?
I'm probably less than 80lbs right now, I just had a HORRIBLE case of gastroenteritis or "the stomach flu" as it is commonly called.
I look like a skeleton and it grosses me out. You can see all my bones, my ribs from my front to back, my collarbone is very visible, my sternum- you can see where it starts. Ugh. (Body shaming not intended, it just brings back bad memories of being hospitalized for my chronic illness.)
I have chronic stomach pain and a lot of food sensitivities, and I was worried I was losing weight before- and this is why, I got too sick to even hold down water for days, and now I look dead.
I've got a lot of weight gain hacks & im eating A LOT of protein rich food now that I'm better...
But I'm sure I could always use a new idea or two! How can I make sure my stomach is healthy, avoid gastroparesis, recover & gain weight with this very sensitive stomach, so I can hike a lot this spring?
