A missed miscarriage with twins in June that resulted in an emergency D&C, a chemical pregnancy in December, and now this after our first cycle trying again. It’s hard to be excited because I’m so terrified. Going to get my HCG and progesterone levels tested today. Trying to be positive and hopeful that this is my rainbow baby!
