I had a miscarriage about 5 weeks ago in January.. I got my blood drawn afterwards and my HCG level was all the way back down. I never had a period, and I took a test this morning annndd this is what I got. Idk why I’m questioning it, cause it obviously looks positive to me. Just weird I never had a period and I’m wondering if previous miscarriage could somehow give me a false positive? Idk I’m crazy. Anyone gotten pregnant after miscarriage without having period?
