Mistaken Infant Motrin for Children’s Motrin

I feel like a horrible mom. I just realized that for the past 3 days I’ve been givin my 13 month old double the recommended dose of Motrin than advised by our pediatrician.

I honesty mistook the infant Motrin (drops) for the children’s and was reading off a chart our pediatrician gave us !!! Has this happened to anyone here?
