AF showed up yesterday - any cycle buddies out there?
AF showed up yesterday after some really intense symptoms I haven’t experienced before. I had painful cramps, headaches, nausea and was extremely tired. Anyone else start yesterday and experience the same symptoms? I have irregular cycles and can last between 32-39 days. I’m TTC #1 and am 35 years old so would love to have a buddy to talk to about all of this!
