Hi ladies! So I’m 19 and he’s 25 we have been working together for the last two years. We have always been great friends and we get along great we never been mad at each other. I have of course liked him for the past year cause he’s just so sweet. Lately for the past three or four months we’ve been getting a lot closer.

At work he likes to do extra just for me. For example if he closes and I open he will set everything up for me when I come in the next morning or leave little jokes around for me to find. He started hugging me every time we see each other and he opens up a lot more. He makes me blush every time cause he stares into my soul. I have caught him staring a couple times. And now we have also started hanging out outside of work. For the past three weeks we’ve been going to the gym together. And he’s been acting a lil different. He hugs me almost every 5 min every time I say a joke and he likes to manhandle me. I’m heavier set but he likes to pick me up or show me he’s stronger than me. I don’t believe he like me cause he’s way out of my league but my friends do. And I really do like him. Should I say something or wait for him to approach first?
