I need help please!!!! *WARNING TMI PICTURE**

Im 5 weeks pregnant and scared of getting infection or it being something more serious......anyone have any idea what this is or what causes this?? I've had it for a while now and it keeps getting worse it won't heal and it burns like crazy. Any way to help treat it????!!?!
