Can’t remember last time baby moved... help

Woke up to my sister calling to let me know our mom had been in a car accident & I think that’s the last time I remember feeling baby move for sure. That was at 7:30 this morning. Mom is okay! Just a couple bruises, nothing serious at all but I’ve been so distracted ever since.

How long should I try laying down for before going to L&D? I’m 30+1
