Yes but if you have to edit it that heavily, I would say it’s an indent

You can actually see a faint line I think when I invert it...

Do you have the unedited picture?? When you edit tests like you have it can cause the indent line to be more prominent and make them look like real lines.
If you can’t see a line when the test is not edited, it’s probably not positive.

I would retest in a couple of days. These tests have been giving BAD indents and false positives.

Thanks for the input everyone. Took another test this morning with FMU and it was negative. I could see the indent line in the test before I even took it. Very disappointing...but AF hasn’t arrived yet so I’ll test in a few days with a different brand
