i’m 32 weeks. had another one like this yesterday

It can fall out and grow back but if you think your doing something specific (such as intercourse or strenuous activity) I would stop. If you lose all your mucus plug you'd be at risk for infection and other things. At least that's what my doctor told me during my last pregnancy. I was put on pelvic rest.
