SPD and sleep...or lack of!
How do you manage to get sleep with severe SPD?!
The only relief i get is squatting and obviously i can't do that to sleep. Lmao
I've tried a pillow (or two even!) Between my legs and that makes it hurt worse, a pillow under my hip does nothing. I have a pregnancy pillow and even that isn't helping anymore!
I can't get comfortable any way but on my sides and after an hour or so, my hip goes numb forcing me to change sides, but rolling over causes so much pain i cry. I literally cannot find a comfortable position tonight and I'm miserable and just want to sleep so im not tired and grouchy for my baby shower tomorrow. Any ideas?!
I've even tried laying on my back with my pillow slightly propping one hip to keep me from lying flat!
Edited to add; I'm 36 weeks, so i know i don't have much time left of dealing with this (hopefully) but i really really need some sleep. Lol
