How are all you women feeling at 6 weeks pregnant? My cramps a spotting has stopped since last week. Midwife said that a good thing. Would be nice to see how others are doing

Almost 6 weeks here. I have sore boobs, back ache and exhaustion just started.

I’m exhausted ALL the time. Nausea has been manageable. Cramping has gone away-except for after I orgasm. Then it come back 😔 I didn’t know frequent urinating was a sign of early pregnancy. It’s hit me HARD😂

I’m 6 weeks 2 days! My breasts are just uncomfortable and heavy! I’m tired 24/7!! And extremely moody at night time when I’m tired 🤣 how you feeling mama?
