Is this normal?

I can hand express my left breast really well but it doesn’t respond to the pump.

My right responds to the pump great but I can’t hand express it.

I’ve noticed that just behind the nipple I can feel & compress the ducts on my left whereas on my right the ducts feel as though they are much further back into the breast, if I compress down towards the nipple on my right it feels like underneath the areola is just skin and nothing more. But with my right I can feel that the breast is full, I just can’t get it out unless I get the pump out.
