Have you gave this a thought?

PCOS stands for polycystic ovarian syndrome and its very common for women but it can hold you back when trying to conceive. When growing up I never heard of this term until a friend of mines was telling me her trying to conceive story. Pcos causes everything to be off balance with your body. The symptoms usually are acne breakouts, unusual facial hair growth, depression, irregular periods, hormonal off balance, decreased sex drive, high testosterone levels, hard to conceive, cysts on ovaries, and enlarged ovaries. I was recently diagnosed with this issue and i did have a few of these symptoms. My main worry was “How can i fix this problem so I may conceive in the future?” I went to see my gynecologist for my yearly pap and mentioned PCOS. He automatically put me on birth control to help regulate my periods. Now I know what your thinking why birth control? Birth control

helps not only regulate the cycle but it helps lower that high testosterone levels found in guys which stops the facial hair growth. Also it helps with keeping your hormones in balance and regulates them too. The only thing is you would have to take it up to 3 years before trying to conceive again. I also had blood work taken so that my gyn could go more in depth with my condition. He also recommended that ultrasounding is a must to see if there are any cysts hanging out with your ovaries. Which I haven’t done yet but will be getting it done next week. Trust me when i say it will help you in the long run to ask your gyn about PCOS. If you or anyone you know who has these symptoms or even a few suggest them to talk to their gyn about PCOS. So, Have you given it any thought that you may have PCOS??? If you have this problem leave me a comment so i know im not alone. Thank You Ladies!!!!!!!❤️🥰
