Anyone else constipated?

I haven’t pooped for 3 days , I’m 38weeks, what can I take to help me ? 😢

Take colace i had to buy some since i take iron pills and constipation comes with it so i had to buy it.and not expensive

I was in the same boat. Colace will definitely help. I swear I thought I was birthing my child ion the toilet atleast 3 times trying to poo. 😫

Same week, same boat. I eat a lot of Raisin Bran and apples. Try and do some walking when I can and drinking as much water as I can deal with.

Hi I’m 35 weeks and a couple weeks ago I got so so bad so my dr said to take Metamucil it help a lot

I would be 39 weeks tomorrow but I had my baby girl yesterday. I didn’t go poop 2 days before I delivered...I still haven’t pooped

Yes, I've been fine this whole time and now that I've hit 40 weeks all of a sudden I can't poo it's so weird! I've heard some women's bowls empty out before birth so I thought I would have that over this.

Anyone else constipated?
