Miscarriage?

Hey guys long story short I do not have insurance so I’m avoiding going to the hospital as much as possible. On the 30th I had the depo shot and my period was supposed to start the day after that. It never showed up and yesterday I started having some light bleeding so I just figured it had started well this morning then when I went to swap out tampons this came out with it. It’s stretchy it doesn’t smell, and I’m cramping. Hard. What is going on??? I called the nurse help line and she said that it’s just regular discharge 🤦🏻‍♀️
