Hi,

This year has been good so far for me and it's only February. This year I have paid my car off, a loan off and also a store credit card I have. Now I only have to pay off one other loan which is $120 a month and another credit card which is only $50 a month. Well here's where I keep going back and forth on, what I should do. When I received my income tax it's enough to pay off my loan and credit card which, I won't have any money left except my biweekly check. Then again I found this beautiful house to rent for me and my child. Because we have been living my whole life and my child whole life with my parents. And the house is so close to them which they can still be in my child daily life and rent is very affordable. I was wondering should I use the income tax to pay off debt or should I get a place to have 1st month rent and deposit and have extra cash leftover for the new place. Btw I am 28 years old.
