Is labor close?!

I’m 39 weeks pregnant and beyond miserable. I’m scheduled for induction on Tuesday but my last induction was horrifying so I was really hoping she would come one her own. Yesterday I had a dr apt and was 3cm dilated. Came home and done some squats, lunges, bounced on the ball and had sex. I’ve had bloody show since yesterday and it got heavy over night and now getting lighter. I’m having lower back pain, it kept me up most of the night and lower belly pain but no real contractions. Is it possible I could be in labor soon? I’m so terrified of induction due to my last so I’m trying to remain calm and know everything is fine but ugh 😭😭😭 any advise would be great!
